Ryan M. Tradd, Esq. is an associate attorney with the law offices of James. J. McNulty with extensive civil litigation experience.  His practice focuses on business related disputes, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, asset collection, and disputes regarding unfair and deceptive business practices. Attorney Tradd devotes a significant portion of his practice to risk management and negotiation of settlement for clients as an alternative to trial and costly litigation.

 

Prior to joining the Law Offices of James J. McNulty, Attorney Tradd worked for a number of civil litigation firms where he gained extensive litigation and dispute resolution experience.  Attorney Tradd's civil litigation experience is vast and includes handling complex personal injury cases, corporate disputes, breach of contract, and bankruptcy related matters.   

 

Attorney Tradd has had experience representing on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. The representation of both plaintiffs and defendants allows Attorney Tradd to bring a unique perspective to his practice. From negotiating settlements to developing legal strategy to best pursue litigation, Attorney Tradd’s civil litigation experience is an asset to all of the Law Offices of James J. McNulty's clients.
